Diego Rivera's studio is also across from the San Angel Inn which is an old hacienda turned hotel and restaurant. They have really good margaritas if you need a break in between museums. I would go to the Frida Kahlo museum first and go early (before 10 am) if you go on a weekend because it is very popular and there is always a 30 minute line.
